Fitness in times of lockdown

The lockdown has kept us all indoors which would normally mean that running will come to a stop. Goodie team is ever-resilient and has bounced back into fitness by following home fitness routines and sharing them with their colleagues and motivating the others as well. Jumping rope, yoga, football, body weight workouts are keeping us fit and ready to get into action !
